Abstract:In view of the problem of bridge vehicle load limit management in the operation stage, the analysis method of vehicle load limit based on the safety and reliability is studied. Based on the statistics of measured vehicle load data, the types and load distribution characteristics of load-carrying vehicles at this stage are analyzed. Based on the proportion of vehicle types, the overloading of vehicles, and the influence of each vehicle axle configuration on structural response, a typical vehicle pedigree of bridge load limit is established. Based on the reliability theory, from the perspective of structure safety, the analysis method and calculation procedure of vehicle load limit based on the inverse reliability problem are proposed.
