Abstract:The segmental joint of shield is the connecting part of segments, and is the key and weak parts of the shield. Its mechanical properties will directly affect the safety of the normal operation of shield segment. The 3D finite element method is used to establish a refined three-dimensional numerical model. The solid element is used to simulate the joint, bolt gasket and other structures of iron casting segment. The mechanical properties and anchor bar support reaction force of segmental joint under the bolt surface load are calculated. The influence of the anchor bar position on the structural mechanical properties and anchor bar support reaction force of segmental joint is discussed and analyzed through three groups of bolt position. The numerical calculation results show that the three-dimensional finite element method can effectively calculate and analyze the mechanical properties of the shield segmental joint, and the change of anchor bar position can obviously affect the reaction force of the anchor bar support.
