成都市公园城市街道一体化设计实践

Street Integration Design and Practice of Park City of Chengdu

摘要:

随着2019年《成都市公园城市街道一体化设计导则》（下称《导则》）的编制完成，成都市中心城区杉板桥路（二环路—中环路）被选为第一批一体化设计的示范街道，对《导则》进行实践和深化。遵循“以人为本、功能统筹、因地制宜”的规划原则，阐述了彰显工业遗产、创新经济活力、展现公园城市特色的规划愿景，从综合保障交通功能、提升街区活力、彰显区域文化、打造绿色通廊、塑造形态优美的界面、智慧集约市政设施6个方面，介绍了杉板桥路街道一体化设计方案。

Abstract:

With the completion of the Street Integration Design Guidelines of Park City of Chengdu in 2019, Shanbanqiao Road (Ring II Road - Middle Ring Road) in the central city of Chengdu is selected as the first batch of demonstration streets with the integrated design, and the guidelines are practiced and deepened. By following the planning principles of "people-oriented, functional overall planning, and according to local conditions", the planning visions of highlighting the industrial heritage, innovating the economic vitality and showing the park urban features are expounded. The street integration design scheme of Shanbanqiao Road is introduced from six aspects of comprehensively guaranteeing the traffic functions, improving the block energy, highlighting the regional culture, building a green corridor, shaping a beautiful interface, and wisdom intensification in the municipal facilities.
