Abstract:The prefabrication technology has been applied in more and more construction situations due to its good quality, rapid construction and environmental friendliness. Minpu Bridge III is a long-span bridge. Its approach bridge is constructed by the full prefabrication construction technology firstly adopted in China. Taking the erection construction of its approach bridge as an example, the bridge erection machine is used to erect the small box beams with prefabricated anti-collision wall from the ground to transition piers of the main bridge. Through the simulation and calculation of multiple complex construction conditions, a series of technical breakthroughs are carried out in the construction process. Finally, 248 small box beams are erected in place. The related technologies accumulated in the construction process provide the references for the erecting construction of the similar prefabricated bridges.
