    摘要:

    预制装配工艺因为预制质量好、施工迅速、对环境友好等原因,在越来越多的工程场景中得以应用。闵浦三桥是国内第一座采用全预制装配施工工艺进行引桥施工的大跨度桥梁。以闵浦三桥引桥架设施工为例,从地面到主桥过渡墩,采用架桥机对带有预制防撞墙的小箱梁进行架设。通过对多个较为复杂工况的模拟和计算,施工过程中进行了一系列的技术攻关,最终将248榀小箱梁架设到位。施工过程中积累的相关工艺,为类似装配式工程的架梁施工提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    The prefabrication technology has been applied in more and more construction situations due to its good quality, rapid construction and environmental friendliness. Minpu Bridge III is a long-span bridge. Its approach bridge is constructed by the full prefabrication construction technology firstly adopted in China. Taking the erection construction of its approach bridge as an example, the bridge erection machine is used to erect the small box beams with prefabricated anti-collision wall from the ground to transition piers of the main bridge. Through the simulation and calculation of multiple complex construction conditions, a series of technical breakthroughs are carried out in the construction process. Finally, 248 small box beams are erected in place. The related technologies accumulated in the construction process provide the references for the erecting construction of the similar prefabricated bridges.
