城市地下空间开发与运营管理模式研究——以杭州市大城北地下空间为例

地下空间开发和运营管理模式往往决定了地下空间项目的落地性和可持续性，已成为业界愈发关注的焦点问题。在借鉴国内外不同城市地下空间开发的成功经验基础上，提炼出城市地下空间开发与运营管理的各种模式及其特点，同时结合杭州大城北地区的发展定位和实际需求，为其提出完善的地下空间开发管理体系，以及与之相适应的地下空间开发和运营管理模式，对国内城市地下空间的开发与管理具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:

The development and operation management mode of underground space often decides the implementation and sustainability of underground space project, and have become the focus of increasing attention in the industry. On the basis of referring the successful experience of underground space development in the different cities at home and abroad, various modes and characteristics of development and operation management of urban underground space have been extracted. At the same time, combined with the development orientation and actual demand of Dachengbei Area in Hangzhou, the perfective underground space development management system is put forward for this area including the corresponding underground space development and operation management mode, which have the important referring values for the development and management of urban underground space in China.
