Brief Discussion of River Demonstration on Donglan 110kV Substation Incoming Line and Pipe Laying Project Crossing West Shangaotang River

摘要:

就具体项目穿河构筑物防汛影响专项论证的必要性进行了分析，分别对施工期和使用期作了涉河防汛安全影响研究，利用有限元软件分析工程施工期对周边防汛设施的影响，并针对该穿河构筑物施工期和使用期存在的防汛安全隐患提出了合理化建议，最终给出了涉河论证的结论。

Abstract:

The necessity of the special demonstration on the flood control effect of the structure crossing river is analyzed. The influence on the safety of river flood control during the construction period and use period is studied respectively. The finite element software is used to analyze the influence of engineering construction period on the surrounding flood control facilities. The rationalization proposal for the potential safety hazard of flood control existing in the construction period and use period of this structure crossing river is put forward. Finally, the conclusion on the river demonstration is given.
