随着经济的发展，交通畅通、河段疏浚、景观效果和旅游发展等交叉专业的综合提升，越来越受到重视。借助Midas和桥梁设计师两个软件，根据河段疏浚施工时序，分为不同的计算工况，在不同的工况下计算桥梁下部结构的安全性，提出对桥梁安全性的影响内容。通过讨论河段疏浚对既有桥梁的安全存在一定的影响，提出计算模式的探索方式，提供有效的分析数据，供管养单位和河段疏浚单位进行参考。

Abstract:

With the preparation and implementation of urban renewal planning during the 14th Five Year Plan period, combined with the improvement of urban functions, how to organically renew and synchronously upgrade the urban water system has become one of the important tasks of urban construction in the future. The key points of urban water system renewal planning are put forward from the macro, medium and micro levels, which can provide the reference for the relative professional members.
