用于坑槽修补自流平沥青混合料路用性能研究

    摘要:

    自流平沥青混合料是修补沥青路面坑槽的可靠材料。本文采用贯入度试验、车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验分别评价不同自流平沥青混合料的静态稳定性、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性。结果表明:自流平沥青混合料由于由于矿粉含量高,沥青用量大,高温性能普遍较差,仅适合小面积的坑槽修补。高SBS掺量改性沥青,在沥青中形成了SBS网状结构,提高了沥青的劲度和弹性,因此具有良好的抗低温、水稳定性能。由于自流平沥青混合料工艺特性,拌合温度较高,因此应重点考察沥青耐老化性能。

    Abstract:

    SSelf leveling asphalt mixture is a reliable material for repairing asphalt pavement pits. In this paper, penetration test, rutting test, low temperature bending test and freeze-thaw splitting test are used to evaluate the static stability, high temperature stability, low temperature cracking resistance and water stability of different self leveling asphalt mixtures. The results show that self leveling asphalt mixture is only suitable for small area pit repair due to its high content of mineral powder, large amount of asphalt and poor high temperature performance. The SBS network structure is formed in the modified asphalt with high SBS content, which improves the stiffness and elasticity of asphalt, so it has good low temperature resistance and water stability. Due to the process characteristics of self leveling asphalt mixture and high mixing temperature, the aging resistance of asphalt should be investigated.
