西北地区高速公路连续下坡路段交通组织研究

Study on Traffic Organization of Continuous Downhill Section of Expressway in Northwest China

摘要:

高速公路的发展在一定程度上反映了一个国家和地区的经济发展状况，而高速公路运营安全问题越来越受到国民关注。随着公路运输变得越来越复杂，加之西北地区地理环境特殊，高速公路运输安全问题尤为突出。首先对研究路段现状做了简要描述，然后通过对极端天气、交通事故特性进行了分析，最后结合实际，提出了两种交通组织方案，为提高高速公路的行车安全做一定的保障。使其能够更好更安全的为沿途地区公路运输行业服务。

Abstract:

To a certain extent, the development of expressway reflects the economic development state of a country and a region, and the safety of expressway operation is more and more concerned by the citizens. With the highway transportation becoming more and more complex plus the special geographical environment of the Northwest China, the safety problem of highway transportation is particularly prominent. Firstly, the present situation of the studied highway section is briefly described. Then, the characteristics of extreme weather and traffic accidents are analyzed. Finally, combined with the reality, two kinds of traffic organization schemes are put forward to provide a certain guarantee for improving the driving safety of expressway, which make it able to better and more safely serve the highway transportation industry of the areas along the line.
