Abstract:In order to solve the adhesion problem between asphalt mixture and construction equipment in the construction process of Asphalt mixture, and to avoid the adverse effect of traditional isolation agent on the quality of the mixture, a high temperature durable low surface energy isolation agent was developed. The performance of the isolating agent was verified through the isolation effect test, the influence test of the isolating agent on the performance of bitumen and the influence test of the isolating agent on the performance of asphalt mixture. Results show that the high temperature durable low surface energy isolation agent is more effective and more durable than the vegetable oil isolation agent commonly used in construction, and the addition of the high temperature durable low surface energy isolation agent has a very limited effect on the indicators of binder and asphalt mixture, which completely meets the use requirements.
