沥青混合料施工用防粘隔离剂研究

    摘要:

    为解决沥青混合料高温施工过程中与施工器具之间粘附作用,避免传统隔离剂对混合料质量产生不良影响,研究开发出高温耐久型低表面能隔离剂。通过隔离效果试验、隔离剂对沥青胶结料性能影响试验和隔离剂对沥青混合料性能影响试验对其性能进行验证。结果表明,本研究开发的高温耐久型低表面能隔离剂相比于目前沥青混合料施工中常用的植物油隔离剂隔离效果明显且更为持久,同时该隔离剂的加入对于沥青胶接料和沥青混合料的各项指标影响十分有限,完全符合使用要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the adhesion problem between asphalt mixture and construction equipment in the construction process of Asphalt mixture, and to avoid the adverse effect of traditional isolation agent on the quality of the mixture, a high temperature durable low surface energy isolation agent was developed. The performance of the isolating agent was verified through the isolation effect test, the influence test of the isolating agent on the performance of bitumen and the influence test of the isolating agent on the performance of asphalt mixture. Results show that the high temperature durable low surface energy isolation agent is more effective and more durable than the vegetable oil isolation agent commonly used in construction, and the addition of the high temperature durable low surface energy isolation agent has a very limited effect on the indicators of binder and asphalt mixture, which completely meets the use requirements.
