    摘要:

    南湾大道改造工程新建的拓宽道路路基下部分布有较厚的淤泥、淤泥质土等软土地层,设计采用了深孔大直径水泥土搅拌桩进行了加固处理。由于常规单轴搅拌桩机尺寸高大,无法满足既有高压线的限高、防倾覆安全施工要求,为此采用实施了接杆式水泥搅拌桩方案。通过改装常规搅拌桩机、分次接拆钻杆及接拆杆处设置搭接补强段等措施,使得接杆桩成桩质量得到了有效保证,其成功的应用实践证明,在有限高、防倾覆等安全施工要求的区域,接杆桩不失为一种最佳的方案选择。

    Abstract:

    There are thick silt, muddy soil and other soft soil layers in the lower part of the newly-built widened road subgrade of Nanwan Avenue reconstruction project. Deep hole and large diameter cement soil mixing pile is used for reinforcement in the design. Due to the large size of the conventional single shaft mixing pile machine, it can not meet the requirements of height limit and anti overturning safety construction of the existing high-voltage line. Therefore, the scheme of connecting rod cement mixing pile is adopted. By refitting the conventional mixing pile machine, connecting and disassembling the drill pipe by stages and setting the overlapping reinforcement section at the connecting and disassembling rod, the quality of the connecting rod pile has been effectively guaranteed. Its successful application practice has proved that the connecting rod pile is the best choice in the area with limited height, anti overturning and other safety construction requirements.
