Abstract:Aiming at the special location of South Ring III Road in Xuzhou, having the characteristics of the function connecting the urban expressways of South Inner Ring and the old and new urban areas, and linking up with the multiple scenic nodes and high-density developed residential areas, and the obvious constitute difference of road section function and traffic, the method of combining the "control total" and "four-stage method" is used to predict its traffic volume. And by referring the division basis of road section service levels, the service levels of South Ring III Road in each feature year are calculated. On this basis, the functional orientation, design thought, overall layout and node scheme of this project are studied.
