Abstract:In order to study the application technology of BIM technology in the full life-cycle management of road infrastructure, relying on Suzhou - Wuxi - Changzhou Southern Expressway Project, a BIM technology is used to carry out the comprehensive management and control of the full life-cycle information of important projects such as underwater tunnel and hub interconnection in four stages of preliminary design, construction drawing design, construction optimization and operation maintenance. The study shows that the BIM platform can effectively promote the information exchange, improve the visualization of engineering elements, ensure the effective transmission of information, and provide the reference value for realizing the efficient collaborative management of information in the full life cycle of transportation infrastructure based on BIM technology.
