Abstract:Taking the tail water discharge project in Xuwei New District as an example, the bending stress control condition of large-diameter discharge pipes is the pipe-laying construction link. The pipe-laying construction needs to strictly control the bending stress of the pipeline to ensure the safety of the pipeline. In this paper, a theoretical analysis of the forces on pipelines in shallow sea laying construction is carried out, and the limit water depth of pipeline laying with specific pipe diameter, pipe material and wall thickness is calculated and verified by the finite element calculation method. At the same time, the pipeline laying construction is introduced. The key construction technology of stress control provides reference for similar projects.
