Abstract:With the rapid acceleration of my country’s urbanization process, the original road system cannot withstand the traffic load caused by the explosive growth of population flow, resulting in varying degrees of damage to the original roads in the city. At the same time, there are a large number of residential quarters and shops along the road. The construction of road renovation and restoration projects will have a great adverse impact on the residents of the surrounding plots, so the prefabricated technology has emerged as the times require. Through a series of standardized processes, the prefabricated technology greatly shortens the construction time on site, ensures the construction quality, and reduces the pollution to the environment. It has become a hot spot in the current road structure research. The prefabricated technology is mainly applied to the road surface structure of the vehicle, mainly including the lower layer and the base layer, and there is little research on the urban slow-moving system, that is, the sidewalk and the non-motorized vehicle lane. In order to balance the strength required by the application of permeable concrete to the sidewalk and the permeable performance required by the sponge city, this paper analyzes and evaluates the physical properties of the permeable concrete from the experimental mix, and based on the optimal mix ratio, combining the rainstorm strength and the permeable model Et al. studied the thickness of prefabricated permeable concrete sidewalks. The results of the study show that combined with the rainfall intensity in Shanghai, according to the determined calculation method for the thickness of the sidewalk structure layer, the thickness range of the fabricated permeable panel structure layer is between 13.11cm-21.3cm. Considering the strength and other factors, the thickness of the prefabricated cement concrete slab sidewalk in the area is recommended to be 15cm.
