南方城市污水提质增效方案与实践-以漳州市为例

南方城市降雨量大,河网发达,地下水、山泉水丰富,城市生活污水处理提质增效的难度大。漳州市通过对现有污水系统的排查摸底,逐步确立了“源头治理、标本兼治、表里如一”的治理思路,针对雨水、清水对污水系统的影响,按照排水单元推进源头雨污分流、清污分离,推进城市生活污水处理提质增效工作,取得了明显成效。漳州市污水处理提质增效的治理路线及实践效果,可以为南方城市推进污水处理提质增效工作提供参考。

Southern cities with high rainfall, dense river networks, abundant groundwater and mountain springs, it is difficult to improve the quality and efficiency of urban domestic sewage treatment.
