适合极软淤泥土中掘进及适应破除混凝土纤维墙钢套筒始发接收的盾构选型

    摘要:

    福州地铁5号线金华路站~金山站区间工程始发与接收处于富水砂层,采用钢套筒来应对涌沙涌水风险,会遇到刀盘切削玻璃纤维筋混凝土墙,此时,配有滚刀刀盘的的内置注浆盒的盾构更便于切削及穿越混凝土墙。但本区间隧道的隧底有85%为45Kpa的极软淤泥地层,会引起机头下栽、盾构姿态较难控制的状况,此时,应该选用尽可能轻的软土刮刀刀盘而非重一倍的复合滚刀刀盘。同时,注浆盒外置的盾构开挖直径较小的盾构,由于刀盘开挖轮廓与盾体的间隙较小,对地表沉降的影响也相对较小,注浆盒外置带来的问题是如何对应不被混凝土墙体卡住,因为一旦卡住,处置也是相当困难。因此,为了满足这2种互相矛盾的需求,我们进行了针对性的刀盘选型及穿越墙体时的防卡设计。

    Abstract:

    the starting and receiving of Jinhua Road Station Jinshan station section project of Fuzhou Metro Line 5 is located in the water rich sand layer. Steel sleeve is used to deal with the risk of sand and water gushing, and the cutter head is used to cut the glass fiber reinforced concrete wall. At this time, the shield with built-in grouting box equipped with hob cutter head is more convenient to cut and pass through the concrete wall. However, 85% of the bottom of the tunnel in this section is in the extremely soft silt stratum of 45kpa, which will cause the machine head to fall down and the shield attitude to be difficult to control. At this time, the soft soil scraper cutter head should be selected as light as possible instead of the compound hob head which is twice as heavy. At the same time, the shield outside the grouting box has a smaller diameter. Because the gap between the cutter head and the shield body is small, the impact on the surface settlement is relatively small. The problem caused by the outside of the grouting box is how to avoid being stuck by the concrete wall, because once it is stuck, it is very difficult to place. Therefore, in order to meet these two contradictory needs, we have carried out the cutter head selection and anti jamming design when crossing the wall.
