软土区低施工净空条件下明挖隧道设计探讨

    摘要:

    中山市古镇快线(沙古公路)快速化改造工程在裕祥路节点设置一座明挖下沉隧道,隧址位于深厚软土区,隧道平面投影上方有500kV高压线走廊小角度斜交隧道路线轴线,竖向施工空间受限。本文以该项目为例,针对常见的软土地层基坑墙底隆起验算难以通过的问题进行研究,并借鉴他人研究成果,给出一种解决方案;同时以该项目为例,提出可采用接杆搅拌桩实现净空受限条件下隧道基坑坑底加固,该工艺既能满足搅拌桩深层加固需求,其价格也较常规低净空下普遍采用的高压旋喷桩加固工艺低廉。目前,基于上述解决方案的施工图设计文件已取得批复,将为软土地区低施工净空条件下明挖隧道设计提供有益参考。

    Abstract:

    Zhongshan Guzhen Express Line (Shagu Highway) Rapid Transformation Project Set up an open-cut tunnel at the node of Yuxiang Road. The tunnel site is located in a deep soft soil area. There is a 500kV high-voltage line corridor above the tunnel plane projection with a small-angle, The vertical construction space is limited. This paper takes this project as an example to study the common problem that It is difficult to pass the stability calculation of pit bottom uplift in soft soil layers, and draws on the research results of others to give a solution; at the same time, taking this project as an example, taking the project as an example, it is proposed that the bottom reinforcement construction under the condition of limited clearance can be realized by using the connecting rod mixing pile. This technology can not only meet the deep reinforcement needs of mixing piles, but also has a lower price than the conventional high-pressure jet grouting pile reinforcement technology commonly used under low headroom. At present, the construction drawing design documents based on the above solutions have been approved, which will provide a useful reference for the design of open-cut tunnels in soft soil areas with low construction headroom conditions.
