The HDPE lining is mechanically embedded into the inner wall of the reinforced concrete pipe through the anchoring key to achieve the purpose of enhancing the corrosion resistance of the reinforced concrete. In order to verify the application performance of HDPE reinforced concrete pipes in actual projects, relevant experiments and application analysis were carried out. Through the detection of the chemical and physical properties of the HDPE lining material and combining the relevant standards, the index requirements of the HDPE material are proposed; the anchoring performance of the anchoring key is studied through the HDPE lining test; the external water pressure is studied through the external water pressure test. The influence of HDPE lining; the influence of the lining on the external load performance of the concrete pipe is studied by the external pressure load test of the three-point support method; the test results show that the HDPE lining has good anchoring performance and drainage performance with concrete, which can meet the requirements of drainage pipes engineering application requirements.
