上海轨道交通地下明挖车站土建工程造价指标的关键影响因素分析

上海轨道交通以地下线路、明挖车站居多,对造价指标的影响因素分析既为建设前期选取估算指标提供依据,也为后阶段投资控制工作提供参考价值。本文将车站土建工程分为主体围护、主体结构和附属工程三个部分,分别分析其造价指标的关键影响因素,并结合上海轨交某线路地下明挖车站土建工程的造价指标,采用技术经济对比和数据统计计算相结合的方法,分析各因素的影响程度大小,为上海轨道交通的造价工作提供一定参考。

Abstract:

SUnderground lines and open-cut metro stations are in the majority of shanghai metro. Analysis on cost index can help to choose index for estimation in earlier period of construction project, and is also useful for investment control in later stage. In this paper, civil structure of metro station is divided into foundation pit support of station main body、structure of station main body and ancillary works of station for analysing its cost index. This analysis will adopt the method of technical and economic comparison and data statistical calculation, on use of the underground open-cut station data of one subway line in shanghai.
