Abstract:This article discusses the design features and Mechanical Analysis of Long-span Continuous Rigid-Frame Bridge with Double Thin-Wall Piers in combination with the example of the Tuojiang River Bridge in Fushun County. Firstly, the structure size is preliminarily drawn up according to the overall layout of the bridge, a finite element model is established for calculation, and the calculation results of different design parameters are compared to obtain a reasonable design parameter. Then, the formal installation analysis is carried out for the bridge completion stage. After analysis and calculation, the stiffness, strength and stress of the bridge meet the requirements of the specification. According to the section where the main beam web cracked during the construction process, the cause of its formation was analyzed theoretically, and the finite element solid model was used to verify its force characteristics. At last, after specific control measures were taken, obvious results were achieved. The engineering practice of this project provides certain references and suggestions for the design and construction of similar bridges in the future.
