水闸交通桥结构形式改变对水闸闸室受力影响分析

    摘要:

    闸除险加固过程中往往会改变闸室局部结构形式,这对闸室受力会产生影响,本文很针对很多水闸在改造加固时将正拱形交通桥改建成平板式交通桥,分析水闸交通桥结构形式改变对底板应力有很大的影响。以江苏某水闸为例,利用三维有限元软件建立拱形桥与平板桥两种情况下的水闸三维模型,分别对两种情况下的底板应力进行计算,分析比较不同形式的交通桥对反拱底板应力的影响。分析结果表明:将拱形交通桥改成平板交通桥会使水闸反拱底板拱脚处的拉应力变大,且在拱脚附近形成应力集中,从而造成底板产生裂缝。

    Abstract:

    In the process of reconstruction and reinforcement,part part structural form was changed, this would affect sluice stress. The influence on the sluices stress becase of the chang of traffic bridges is studied in this paper.Based on a sluice in Jiangsu as an example, the software was used to establish a three-dimensional finite element model under two kinds of situations of arch bridge and slab bridge,and to calculate the stress of the floor and the data was analyzed and compared the influence in different forms of traffic bridges on the invert arch floor. The results show that the slab bridge will make the floor's stress become larger in the arch foot, and the stress concentration is formed near the arch foot, thereby causing cracks in the floor.
