就地浅层固化技术稳定性与可靠性研究

    摘要:

    作为一种具有环保、经济等优点的软弱土处理工艺,就地浅层固化技术可应用于加固处理道路路基明暗浜,但应用功能于该领域的试验性成果并不多。通过采用相同工艺、材料和配合比,并在昆阳路越江及配套道路工程和S3公路新建工程开展该技术工艺固化稳定性和可靠性研究,得出的大量试验性研究结果表明,两个工程路基经浅层固化处理后的承载力均满足设计要求,而且最大沉降量、最大回弹量及回弹率的绝对值大小及分布区间相近。

    Abstract:

    as a kind of soft soil treatment technology with the advantages of environmental protection and economy, in-situ shallow solidification technology can be applied to reinforce the road subgrade, but there are few experimental results in this field. Using the same technology, materials and mix proportion, the stability and reliability of the technology were studied in the river crossing and supporting road project of Kunyang road and the new construction project of S3 highway. The a large number of results show that the bearing capacity of the two projects after shallow solidification treatment can meet the design requirements, and the maximum settlement, the maximum settlement and the total settlement of the two projects can meet the design requirements The absolute value and distribution range of the maximum rebound amount and rebound rate are close.
