Abstract:More than 10 years after the completion of the first phase of the Hudai Sewage Treatment Plant, the effluent standard could not meet the surge in emissions and increasingly stringent emissions standards. This upgrade and transformation will add advanced treatment processes on the basis of the original scale. Through the analysis of incoming and outgoing water quality and the requirements for the removal of existing pollutants, the advanced treatment process for this upgrading and transformation is determined. The deep denitrification process adopts a deep bed denitrification filter, and the deep dephosphorization process adopts an air flotation process. Single process design of advanced processing unit and newly added structures. The project was completed in December 2020, and the operation effect is stable.
