    摘要:

    胡埭污水处理厂一期改造建成有10年之余,出水标准难以满足激增的排放量与日益严格的排放标准,本次提标改造在原规模基础上增加深度处理工艺。 通过进、出水水质分析与现污染物去除的要求,确定了本次提标改造的深度处理工艺,深度脱氮工艺采用深床反硝化滤池,深度除磷工艺采用气浮工艺,并介绍了深度处理单元与新增构筑物的单体工艺设计。本工程于2020年12月建成,运行效果稳定。

    Abstract:

    More than 10 years after the completion of the first phase of the Hudai Sewage Treatment Plant, the effluent standard could not meet the surge in emissions and increasingly stringent emissions standards. This upgrade and transformation will add advanced treatment processes on the basis of the original scale. Through the analysis of incoming and outgoing water quality and the requirements for the removal of existing pollutants, the advanced treatment process for this upgrading and transformation is determined. The deep denitrification process adopts a deep bed denitrification filter, and the deep dephosphorization process adopts an air flotation process. Single process design of advanced processing unit and newly added structures. The project was completed in December 2020, and the operation effect is stable.
