    摘要:

    支座是桥梁工程中承上启下的重要衔接构件,其抗腐蚀性能的优劣将直接影响桥梁的安全性。在现有的支座形式中,球型钢支座相比于板式橡胶支座和盆式支座克服了其材料、结构以及工作原理上的诸多缺陷,即便如此,球型钢支座也不可避免地遭受钢材腐蚀病害。为了更好地对球型钢支座进行抗腐蚀保护,本文先明确钢材腐蚀的机理以及影响腐蚀的环境介质,在此基础上,探讨球型钢支座可能出现的腐蚀类型,寻找合适的手段对其进行抗腐蚀保护,并且列举出了国内外学者基于抗腐蚀的球型钢支座创新设计成果。

    Abstract:

    In the construction of bridge engineering of our country, bearings are of great importance to connect the superstructure and the substructure. The corrosion resistance of bearing will directly affect the safety of the bridge. Compared with plate rubber bearing and basin bearing, spherical steel bearing overcomes many defects in material, structure and working principle. However, it is also inevitable for spherical steel bearings to suffer from corrosion disease. In order to better protect the spherical steel bearings against corrosion, identifying the corrosion mechanism of steel and the environmental media that affect the corrosion is preoccupation. On this basis, the possible corrosion types of spherical steel bearings are discussed, and appropriate means are found to protect them against corrosion. Then, the innovative design results of spherical steel bearings target on corrosion resistance by domestic and foreign scholars are listed.
