不同截面形式的波纹钢综合管廊结构受力性能分析

    摘要:

    本文依托平遥古城基础设施提升改造项目中综合管廊建设工程,针对波纹钢综合管廊结构,利用有限元软件构建不同截面形式的三维土层-结构数值模型,探究不同截面形式对波纹钢管廊结构受力特点及变形规律的影响。揭示了不同断面形式的波纹钢管廊结构最不利受力位置,最后分析了超载作用对波纹钢管廊结构受力性能的影响。研究结果表明:矩形断面波纹钢综合管廊结构受力性能良好。圆形断面和马鞍形断面结构腰部位置横向变形和内力最大,而矩形断面结构四个角处节点的变形和受力最大。不同断面形式的管廊结构底部均向内收缩变形,且管廊结构竖向变形量比横向变形量大,因此在实际工程中应关注波纹钢管廊结构变形量,尤其是结构竖向变形。

    Abstract:

    Based on the comprehensive pipe gallery construction project in the infrastructure upgrading and reconstruction project of Pingyao ancient city, aiming at the corrugated steel comprehensive pipe gallery structure, this paper constructed three-dimensional soil structure numerical models with different section forms by using finite element software, and explored the influence of different section forms on the mechanical characteristics and deformation law of corrugated steel pipe gallery structure. The most unfavorable stress position of corrugated steel pipe gallery structure with different section forms was revealed. Finally, the influence of overload on the mechanical performance of corrugated steel pipe gallery structure was analyzed. The results show that the rectangular section corrugated steel comprehensive pipe gallery has good mechanical performance. The transverse deformation and internal force at the waist of circular section and saddle section structure are the largest, while the deformation and force of joints at the four corners of rectangular section structure are the largest. The bottom of the pipe gallery structure with different section forms shrinks inward, and the vertical deformation of the pipe gallery structure is greater than the horizontal deformation. Therefore, in the actual project, attention should be paid to the structural deformation of the corrugated steel pipe gallery, especially the vertical deformation of the structure.
