    摘要:

    以沈阳南运河某盾构形式地下综合管廊建设为例,总结了在中心城区采用盾构法进行综合管廊建设的设计经验,介绍了管廊圆形盾构式综合管廊内部舱室布置及入廊管线设置情况,探讨了综合管廊平面、纵断面高程设计要点,并重点论述了盾构形式综合管廊工艺节点井内部布置形式。工艺节点井将双线综合管廊进行连接,其内部设置出入口间、吊装间、出线井、通风机房、配电间等多个功能间,做到了将管廊所需的人员逃生、设备吊装、通风等功能有机统一于单个节点井中,以适应盾构工法建设综合管廊的特殊要求。

    Abstract:

    Taking the shield type underground utility tunnel construction of Shenyang south canal as an example, this paper summarizes the design experience of shield method for utility tunnel construction in central urban area,and introduces the layout of internal compartments and the setting of inlet pipelines in shield type utility tunnel.It also discusses the key points of plane and vertical section elevation design,and the internal layout form of multi function well is emphatically discussed in shield type utility tunnel. The multi function well connects the double track utility tunnel, and multiple functional rooms such as inlet and outlet room, hoisting room, outlet well, ventilator room and power distribution room are set inside, so as to organically integrate the functions of personnel escape, equipment hoisting and ventilation required by the pipe gallery into a single node well, so as to meet the special requirements of the construction of comprehensive pipe gallery by shield construction method.
