    摘要:

    桥梁防撞护栏是交通事故中保证桥上与桥外人员安全的生命防线,设计中需同时保证护栏本身和支撑护栏的基础桥面板的安全性,以及二者的可靠连接,但相关内容在一般设计中常不被充分考虑。以往该类防撞设计多采用基于弹性理论的悬臂算法,新设计规范实施后,基于塑性屈服线理论的设计方法被采用,但当前研究与设计关注点偏重于防撞护栏本身,对该方法成立的前置条件,尤其是如何实现基础桥面板与护栏相匹配的防撞性能关注有限。本文以城市桥梁所常采用的混凝土防撞护栏与基础桥面板为背景,从二者性能相匹配的角度,通过防撞计算与分析,揭示新规范屈服线理论设计方法在应用中的技术要点,探讨新规范实施后防撞设计方法的选用原则,为同类工程提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The bridge anti-collision guardrail is a life line to ensure the safety of people on and outside the bridge in traffic accidents. Its safety is based on the guardrail itself, the foundation bridge deck supporting the guardrail and their connection. But it is easy to consider incompletely in the general design. In the past the cantilever algorithm based on the elastic theory is mostly used for this kind of anti-collision design. The design method based on plastic yield line theory is adopted after the implementation of the latest design code. Then the focus of the current research and design is mostly limited to the anti-collision guardrail itself. However,limited attention has been paid to the preconditions of this method, especially to the matching anti-collision design of the bridge guardrail and foundation bridge deck. Based on the concrete anti-collision guardrail and foundation bridge deck commonly used in urban bridges, the technical points of the yield line theory design method in application is revealed through anti-collision calculation and analysis from the view of their performance matching; at the same time, the selection principle of the anti-collision design method is discussed in this paper. The results of this paper provide reference for similar projects..
