    摘要:

    随着当前经济、社会日益发展,人们对大学校园的安全性、舒适性、智慧性提出了越来越高的要求,新型的人文校园、智慧校园已经成了校园建设的风向标,而市政设计作为校园设计的重要组成部分,如何将其功能性、创新性和智慧性与校园自身特点结合成为本次设计中至关重要的一环。本次山东农业工程学院市政设计深入分析此类大学校园实际运行特点,科学优化道路交通体系、给排水分区及各专业管线布控方式,整个设计过程全专业实现BIM正向协同设计,一张图实现BIM施工交底,实现了市政配套工程安全、低碳、智慧运营,为同类型的大学校园设计提供了指引。

    Abstract:

    With the development of the current economy and society, people have put forward higher and higher requirements for the safety, comfort and wisdom of university campus. New humanistic campus and smart campus have become the wind vane of campus construction, and municipal design as an important part of campus design. How to combine its functionality, innovation and wisdom with the characteristics of the campus has become a crucial part of the design. The shandong institute of agricultural engineering municipal design in-depth analysis the university campus practical operation characteristics, scientific optimization of road traffic system, water supply and drainage have been supervised partition and the professional pipeline way, the whole design process of the professional achieve positive collaborative design, plus a picture clarificaiton implement BIM construction, implement the municipal supporting engineering safety, low carbon, wisdom, It provides guidance for the design of the same type of university campus.
