Abstract:

The settlement plan is the plan and planning in advance for the project settlements. The settlement management philosophy is implemented in the whole process of project through the effective plan. Taking a municipal project as an object, the contents especially for attention in the settlement plan of EPC are analyzed to improve the management level of settlement.
