新形势下造价行业发展模式探索

我们处于一个大变革的时代，造价行业处于变革的转折点，积极探索如何善于识变求变应变，适应新形势探索新出路。该文分析我国造价行业的现状及存在的问题，借鉴国际先进规范造价模式，提出市场定价的工程造价计价模式、延拓造价管理产业链、全生命周期的造价管理、全风险造价管理、全团队造价管理的探索思路。

Abstract:

Cost industry is at a turning point under the great reforming, which needs trying to recognize, make and adapt the changes, also to find a new way for a new time. Based on the situations and problems analyses of cost industry, and the reference of international normative cost model, this paper presents ideas including evalution model of project cost under maketing rules, extending the cost management chain, and costing management for total life cycle, holistic risk and whole team.
