城市污水中含有各种致病微生物,城市排水系统作为污水输送和处理的基础设施,系统中微生物气溶胶的检测监测和健康风险评估具有重要意义。本文总结了排水系统微生物气溶胶检测步骤和方法(采样点选择-富集技术-检测和监测技术)、健康风险评估方法和控制策略。本文作为技术总结性综述,能够为城市排水系统微生物气溶胶的检测监测和风险评估提供方法参考。

Abstract:

Urban sewage contains various pathogenic microorganisms. As the infrastructure of sewage transportation and treatment, the detection, monitoring and health risk assessment of microbial aerosols in urban drainage system are of great significance. This paper summarizes the detection steps and methods of microbial aerosol in drainage system (sampling point selection enrichment technology detection and monitoring technology), health risk assessment methods and control strategies. As a technical summary, this paper can provide a method reference for the detection, monitoring and risk assessment of microbial aerosols in urban drainage system.
