生态清洁小流域建设推进机制与实践

本文以上海市浦东新区生态清洁小流域建设推进为例，在生态清洁小流域基本理论以及建设目标的基础上，对于浦东新区小流域建设提出了具体的建设类型和指标要求，并对建设途径作了一定的阐述，对于建设后的河湖水环境提出了一套可行的评价指标，希望对全市范围内生态清洁小流域的建设起到一定推广与参考的意义。
