多隧道平行叠交施工同步注浆相互影响及风险预控

    摘要:

    针对砂性富水地层浅覆土多隧道平行叠交施工过程同步注浆相互扰动影响及地面渗漏浆等风险预测控制问题,基于同步注浆浆液渗透扩散模型及渗透距离解析方法,研究了同步浆液空间分布特征及渗透扩散距离与注浆压力的相关性,提出了多隧道注浆相互扰动、地面渗漏风险、确保注浆充填效果的注浆压力优化理念,建立了相应的极限注浆压力预测控制方法。理论和方法成功应用于杭州地铁6号线一期SG6-9标段工程施工过程同步注浆风险预控,取得了良好技术社会效果。研究成果对浅覆土渗透性富水地层多隧道叠交施工同步注浆状态预测和风险防控具有借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the risk prediction and control problems of simultaneous grouting mutual disturbance and ground leakage in the construction process of multi-tunnel parallel overlapping construction in sandy water-rich stratum, based on the synchronous grouting slurry infiltration diffusion model and the penetration distance analysis method, studied the synchronous slurry infiltration diffusion distance and the space distribution characteristics of relevance to the grouting pressure,The grouting pressure optimization concept, such as the mutual disturbance of multi-tunnel grouting, the risk of ground leakage and the guarantee of grouting filling effect, was put forward, and the corresponding predictive control method of ultimate grouting pressure was established.The theory and method have been successfully applied to the synchronous grouting risk pre-control in the construction process of SG6-9 section of Phase I of Hangzhou Metro Line 6, and good technical and social effects have been achieved.The research results can be used as a reference for simultaneous grouting state prediction and risk prevention and control of multi-tunnel overlapping construction in shallow permeable water-rich stratum.
