Abstract:Aiming at the risk prediction and control problems of simultaneous grouting mutual disturbance and ground leakage in the construction process of multi-tunnel parallel overlapping construction in sandy water-rich stratum, based on the synchronous grouting slurry infiltration diffusion model and the penetration distance analysis method, studied the synchronous slurry infiltration diffusion distance and the space distribution characteristics of relevance to the grouting pressure,The grouting pressure optimization concept, such as the mutual disturbance of multi-tunnel grouting, the risk of ground leakage and the guarantee of grouting filling effect, was put forward, and the corresponding predictive control method of ultimate grouting pressure was established.The theory and method have been successfully applied to the synchronous grouting risk pre-control in the construction process of SG6-9 section of Phase I of Hangzhou Metro Line 6, and good technical and social effects have been achieved.The research results can be used as a reference for simultaneous grouting state prediction and risk prevention and control of multi-tunnel overlapping construction in shallow permeable water-rich stratum.
