复杂环境下的桥梁预制结构吊装施工技术

以上海S3公路1标段六灶港北区桥梁预制构件吊装施工为例,针对其紧邻既有结构物、多层次桥梁结构、多种类桥梁预制构件以及吊装场地狭小的特点,通过优选吊装施工技术方案、借助BIM三维仿真模拟技术,科学合理统筹规划预制构件总体安装顺序、优化门墩区域的不利吊装工况等,解决了紧邻既有结构物复杂环境下的预制构件安装的难题,可为类似项目的施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:

STaking the hoisting construction of precast components at liuzaogang north region in Shanghai S3 Highway - Section 1 as an example, in view of its close proximity to the existing structure, multi-level bridge structure、multiple types of bridge precast components and narrow hoisting Venue, by optimizing the hoisting Technical Scheme of construction, in virtue of BIM 3D simulation technology, scientifically and reasonably plan the overall installation sequence of precast components and optimize the disadvantageous hoisting working condition under the pier, the problem of precast component installation in the complex environment adjacent to the existing structure is solved,it can provide reference for the construction of similar projects。
