洛阳市城市内涝现状及治理策略

摘要:

城市内涝防治是一项涉及多专业的系统工程,需要各职能部门协调联动、统筹管理。结合洛阳市易涝积水点现状调查,分析了洛阳市排水防涝设施存在的问题,从“源头减排、管网排放、蓄排并举、超标应急”等方面提出治理策略,以期为城市内涝治理提供参考。

Urban flooding status and control strategy of Luoyang：Urban flooding prevention and control is a multi-disciplinary system engineering, which requires coordination and coordination of various functional departments.
