非开挖修复技术在大型排水箱涵修复中的应用

    摘要:

    上海市南区污水输送干线(以下简称为"南干线" )建设年代较久,接近设计寿命,存在较大安全隐患,其中南干线1号泵站至3号泵站间的塘子泾路段(博成路一国展路)受周边建设条件限制,不具备另外选线新建的可行性,需采用非开挖修复技术对老箱涵进行修复。现以南干线塘子泾段大型排水箱涵修复工程实例,梳理箱涵非开挖修复技术,为类似工程提供参考和借鉴。

    Abstract:

    The sewage transmission trunk line in Southern District of Shanghai (hereinafter referred to as the "south trunk line") has been built for a long time, close to the design life, and there are great potential safety hazards. Among them, the tangzijing section (Bocheng road yiguozhan Road) between the No. 1 pump station and No. 3 pump station of the south trunk line is limited by the surrounding construction conditions and does not have the feasibility of new route selection, so the trenchless repair technology needs to be used to repair the old box culvert. Taking the repair project of large drainage box culvert in tangzijing section of south trunk line as an example, this paper combs the trenchless repair technology of box culvert, so as to provide reference and reference for similar projects.
