快速有轨电车应用分析及发展建议

    摘要:

    有轨电车具有运量适中、绿色环保、投资低、审批快、建设周期短的特点,适合中小城市构建公共交通骨干系统。国内部分中小城市的功能组团或片区呈现分散布局的特点,相互之间的空间距离较远,需通过建设快速有轨电车满足城市内部快速出行的需求。首先根据居民出行时间要求提出快速有轨电车的旅行速度应达到30km/h以上,随后分析法国里昂、葡萄牙波尔图、美国双子城、中国苏州的应用案例,总结出快速有轨电车的功能定位和线路特点,最后从适用区域、车辆选型、站点设置、交叉口设计、标准制定五个方面提出快速有轨电车在我国的发展建议。

    Abstract:

    With the characteristics of moderate transport volume, green environmental protection, low investment, quick approval and short construction cycle, tram is suitable for medium and small cities to build public transportation backbone system. The functional groups or areas of some small and medium-sized cities in China present the characteristics of scattered layout, and the space distance between them is relatively long. Therefore, rapid tram system is needed to meet the needs of rapid travel within cities. At first, it was proposed that the operation speed of the rapid tram should reach 30km/h according to the travel time requirements of residents. Then, it analyzed the rapid tram lines in Lyon, Porto, Twin Cities and Suzhou. After that it summed up the function and the characteristics of rapid tram lines. Finally, it put forward suggestions on the development of rapid tram in China from applicable area, vehicle selection, station space, intersection design and code formulation.
