复杂边界环境下中心城区道路快速化改造中管线空间一体化设计探究

    摘要:

    本文基于成都市成华大道(三环路至绕城高速)道路快速化改造项目为工程背景,根据项目所在地市中心旧城区街道、建筑特点,以及各市政管线已经无法满足现阶段城市发展而亟需升级改造的需求,针对项目管线现状、建设需求和复杂建设边界条件进行了分析、梳理,详细介绍了在改造道路中,遇到下穿既有铁路、市政道路,地铁站点共线等重要节点处,运用市政管线空间一体化设计理念,提出了可操作性的改造策略与建议,以期统筹推进市中心旧城区地铁建设、下穿隧道和市政管线空间一体化打造,集约化地下、地上空间,从而提升旧城区基础设施建设水平,提升城市宜居价值。

    Abstract:

    Based on the project background of Chengdu Chenghua Avenue (from the third ring road to the Beltway) , according to the street and architectural features of the city center of the project in Old Town, and that the municipal pipelines can no longer meet the needs of urban development at the present stage and need to be upgraded and renovated, the paper analyzes and sorts out the current situation of the project pipelines, the construction needs and the complex construction boundary conditions, this paper introduces in detail that, in the course of reconstruction of roads, some important nodes, such as crossing the existing railway, municipal roads, subway stations and so on, and applying the integrated design concept of municipal pipeline space, puts forward the reconstruction strategies and suggestions of the Operability, with a view to co-ordinating the construction of the downtown old town subway, under-tunnel and municipal pipeline space integration to build, intensive underground and above-ground space, so as to enhance the level of old town infrastructure construction and enhance the city livable value.
