    摘要:

    传统水泥混凝土路面因其抗压强度高、刚度较大、耐久性较强、使用寿命长而被广泛应用。然而,由于硅酸盐水泥混凝土的性质,现浇水泥混凝土路面养护时间长,强度增长慢,开放交通晚,无法满足路面快速施工的要求。基于此,本文基于绿色建筑和智能建造技术理论开发了一种新型可循环使用的路面体系,即装配式预应力混凝土路面,通过标准化设计基础板、中央应力板和连接板,进行工厂化预制和现场模块化安装,施工速度快,施工环境不受极端天气的影响,装配式路面使用性能优异,既可广泛应用于公路新建、改扩建和养护工程,也可用于地震、泥石流等极端自然灾害条件下的道路抢修。

    Abstract:

    The traditional cement concrete pavement is widely used because of its high compressive strength, large stiffness, strong durability and long service life. However, due to the properties of Portland cement concrete, for the cast-in-place cement concrete pavement maintenance time is long, the strength growth is slow, open traffic night can not meet the requirements of rapid road construction. Based on the theory of green building and intelligent building technology this paper has developed a new type of recycled system of pavement, the prefabricated prestressed concrete pavement, through standardized design base plate and the stress and the connection plate, modular factory prefabrication and site installation, construction speed and construction environment is not affected by extreme weather, The assembled pavement has excellent performance, which can be widely used in new construction, reconstruction, expansion and maintenance of highway, as well as in emergency repair of road under extreme natural disaster conditions such as earthquake and debris flow.
