“声呐+电法测漏”组合技术对满水末端干管的内窥检测研究

    摘要:

    污水管网的末端干管通常在高水位或满水位状态下运行,需要通过封堵、导排以降低管道水位后方可采用CCTV、QV的手段进行内窥检测,这种方法存在效率低、成本高的缺点,因此探索在满水状态下的末端干管内窥检测技术具有十分重要的意义。本文采用“声呐+电法测漏”组合技术开展满水末端干管的内窥检测工作,并通过CCTV检测进行平行验证,以判断该组合技术的准确性和适用性,为污水管网的管养维护提供技术支持。通过实地试验,“声呐+电法测漏”组合技术可对满水末端干管内存在的主要结构性缺陷及功能性缺陷进行有效识别,最小目标分辨能力为0.1m,理论误差为0.02m;对于较小尺寸的异物穿入,“声呐+电法测漏”组合技术无法有效识别;对于穿入异物的材质,该组合技术无法识别,需要辅助其他手段予以确认。

    Abstract:

    The end of the main sewage pipe network usually runs in the state of high water level or full water level. Thus, it needs to be blocked and drained to reduce the water level of the pipe before using Closed Circuit Television Inspection (CCTV) and Quick View Inspection (QV) for endoscopic inspection. There are some disadvantages to this method, such as low efficiency and high cost, so it is of great significance to develop the technique of end-pipe endoscopic detection in the state of full water. This article uses the "sonar + electrical leak detection" combination technology to carry out the endoscopic inspection at the end main pipe in the state of full water, and conducts parallel verification by using CCTV to determine the accuracy and applicability of the combination technology, which can provide technical support for the management and maintenance of the sewage pipe network. Through field tests, the "sonar + electrical leak detection" combined technology can effectively identify the main structural and functional defects of the end-pipe with high water level. The minimum resolution size of this technology is 0.1m, and the theoretical error is 0.02m. For the penetration of smaller-sized foreign objects, the "sonar + electrical leak detection" combination technology cannot effectively identify. Besides that, the combination technology is unable to identify the material of the penetrating objects. In this case, other means of verification are required.
