Based on the comprehensive reconstruction project of Huimin Avenue in Nanjing, the dynamic response of typical underground interchange space structures under earthquake is studied. The finite element method is used to simulate and calculate. The engineering model under void-layer-tunnel system is established, and seismic performance of void-layer-tunnel structure system is analyzed. Then the possibility of development and utilization of void layer under the condition of this system are studied. Effective seismic measures are proposed for the seismic performance of concrete void layer structures. This method can provide a useful reference for the spatial planning of similar projects.
