浅谈慢行系统的构建

上海新一轮规划着重绿色、低碳的可持续发展,强调城市建设的宜居宜业。慢行作为承载人们日常生活的一种出行方式,在提高人居生活体验、促进城市和谐发展、助力绿色低碳生活方面具有重要作用。新一轮城市规划中,对应上海中心城和新城不同的发展现状、发展定位和发展方向,结合相关导则、规范的要求,提出适应性的慢行交通系统构建方式及应用场景。

Abstract:

Shanghai"s new round of planning focuses on green and low-carbon sustainable development and livable urban construction. As a way of carrying People"s Daily life, slow traffic plays an important role in improving living experience, promoting harmonious urban development and green and low-carbon life. In the new round of urban planning, according to the different development status, orientation and direction of Shanghai central city and new city, combined with the requirements of relevant guidelines and specifications, the adaptive construction mode and application scenarios of slow traffic system are proposed.
