Abstract:This paper introduces and summarizes the practical application of the implementation of high toughness ultra-thin asphalt wearing course technology with a thickness of 0.8-2cm in the road project of Jiashan urban intelligent transportation comprehensive upgrading and reconstruction project (phase I), and expounds the key points of construction control of high toughness ultra-thin asphalt wearing course technology. The field test shows that the friction coefficient of the pavement before and after the overlay is increased by 20.4bpn, the structural depth is increased by 0.54mm, the flatness is increased from 5.2mm to 1.15mm, the noise reduction performance is reduced by 3 ~ 6dB, and the water sealing performance (< 30ml / min) and interlayer drawing strength (≥ 0.8MPa) are good. It has good engineering feasibility and can provide a certain engineering reference for the application of the same type of municipal road technology.
