Abstract:with the rapid development of urbanization in our country, interchanges has become an important symbol of urban development, and factors such as urban infrastructure, urban management can"t keep up with the needs of the development of urban rapid, all kinds of city disease cumulative explosion, especially in recent years, frequent occurrence of the phenomenon of "urban waterlogging, seriously affected the quality of life of residents, restricted the sustainable development of the city. In response to state "sponge city" construction idea, this paper will be based on xi "an wine ten road interchanges, discusses the design of the overpass drainage under the low impact development, and connecting with the actual case to provide some constructive experience.
