Abstract:Study on Factors Affecting Fatigue Stress of Concrete Pavement under Driving Load Zhao Qianwen Absctract:The mechanics empirical method currently used in road design in my country meets the requirements of load-bearing capacity, durability, comfort, and safety during the design reference period. Based on the understanding of the current "Code for Design of Highway Cement Concrete Pavement" (JTG D20-2011), combined with engineering experience, this paper studies the design axle load, the equivalent elastic modulus of the slab foundation, the type and thickness of the base course, and the flexural tensile strength of the surface concrete. The effect of other design parameters on the pavement structure shows that the reasonable design of axle load has a greater impact on the load stress; the establishment of a granular layer can effectively increase the elastic modulus of the foundation; the semi-rigid base should not be too thick, and the rigid base should be coordinated with the surface layer. Designed to make the two forces the best; improve the bending and tensile strength of the surface material, which can effectively increase the load stress. The conclusions of this study provide reasonable suggestions for pavement design for design reference. Keywords:design axle load, base type, load stress, surface thickness
