混凝土路面行车荷载疲劳应力影响因素的研究

    摘要:

    我国目前路面设计采用的力学经验法,在设计基准期内满足承载能力、耐久性、舒适性、安全性的要求。本文通过对现行《公路水泥混凝土路面设计规范》(JTG D20-2011)的理解,结合工程经验,研究设计轴载、板底地基当量回弹模量、基层类型及厚度、面层混凝土弯拉强度等设计参数对路面结构的影响,结果表明:合理设计轴载对荷载应力影响较大;设置粒料层可有效提高地基回弹模量;半刚性基层不宜过厚,刚性基层需与面层协同设计,使二者受力最佳;提高面层材料弯拉强度,能承担较高荷载应力。本研究结论为路面设计提供合理建议,供设计参考。

    Study on Factors Affecting Fatigue Stress of Concrete Pavement under Driving Load Zhao Qianwen Absctract:The mechanics empirical method currently used in road design in my country meets the requirements of load-bearing capacity, durability, comfort, and safety during the design reference period. Based on the understanding of the current "Code for Design of Highway Cement Concrete Pavement" (JTG D20-2011), combined with engineering experience, this paper studies the design axle load, the equivalent elastic modulus of the slab foundation, the type and thickness of the base course, and the flexural tensile strength of the surface concrete. The effect of other design parameters on the pavement structure shows that the reasonable design of axle load has a greater impact on the load stress; the establishment of a granular layer can effectively increase the elastic modulus of the foundation; the semi-rigid base should not be too thick, and the rigid base should be coordinated with the surface layer. Designed to make the two forces the best; improve the bending and tensile strength of the surface material, which can effectively increase the load stress. The conclusions of this study provide reasonable suggestions for pavement design for design reference. Keywords:design axle load, base type, load stress, surface thickness
