Abstract:Buried sewage plants have higher requirements for the capacity of deodorization systems and ventilation systems than above-ground sewage plants. This paper studies the air volume calculation method of deodorization ventilation system, combining deodorization system design, ventilation system design and simulation to avoid a certain degree of waste in the design. Put forward an efficient and accurate design idea of ventilation collection system, taking a sludge dewatering room of a buried sewage plant as an example, using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model for simulation and optimization. Propose the operation control countermeasures for the deodorization ventilation system of the buried sewage plant, and at the same time satisfy the safety of deodorization ventilation effect, equipment safety, energy saving and consumption reduction, and improvement of energy utilization efficiency.
