直埋管沟和综合管廊在工业污水集中收集工程中的应用

宁波经济技术开发区环境污染第三方治理，以“一企一管”的模式对工业污水进行了集中收集。项目综合考虑了适宜污水水质的管材，以及污水管道的施工和管养条件，采用直埋管沟和顶管廊架两种形式。马路下采用直埋管沟保护比污水管道直埋有效的缩小了管道平面占地；过河采用外套钢筋混凝土顶管+铝镁合金支架内敷管的综合管廊架方式，较好的满足了过河景观要求和后期的管养要求。

Abstract:

The mode of "One Enterprise One Pipe" collection of industrial sewage was used in “the third-party governance of environmental pollution” in Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone. After comprehensively consideration of the pipes suitable for sewage water, as well as the construction and maintenance conditions of sewage pipelines, two forms of direct buried trench and pipe jacking trench were adopted. Using trench protection under the road can effectively reduce the pipeline plane size than directly burying. The pipe gallery mode of outer pipe jacking + inner pipe laying was adopted to cross the river, which better meet the requirements of landscape and management
