    摘要:

    本工程主桥钢桁架简支梁安装为水上作业,施工场地位于航道中心线夹角为120°,同时现场施工空间狭窄、吊装困难且难以保证施工质量等问题较明显。为了保证该区域顺利施工,同时又保证通行航道的交通安全,采用分节段多次顶推施工技术进行安装,利用有限元软件对多次顶推施工的主体结构进行稳定性验算,计算结果表明,支撑塔架及桁架吊装过程产生的最大位移和最大应力均在规定安全范围以内。文中主要对其施工技术进行阐述,对类似工程项目的施工具有一定的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    SThe installation of the simply supported beams of the main bridge steel truss of this project is for water operations. The construction site is located at the center line of the channel at an angle of 120°. At the same time, there are obvious problems such as narrow construction space, difficulty in hoisting, and difficulty in ensuring construction quality. In order to ensure the smooth construction of this area and the traffic safety of the navigable channel, the installation is carried out with the technique of multiple jacking construction in sections, and the finite element software is used to check the stability of the main structure of the multiple jacking construction. The calculation results show that , The maximum displacement and maximum stress generated during the hoisting process of the supporting tower and truss are within the specified safety range. The article mainly describes its construction technology, which has certain guiding significance for the construction of similar projects.
