兰州白塔山综合提升改造项目的难点分析

    摘要:

    针对兰州黄河北岸白塔山北滨河路段的综合提升改造项目中建设条件较为复杂的情况,为了分析解决该项目中存在的诸多控制性难点、使项目能够在保证安全的情况下顺利进行,通过线位通道选择、地质灾害评估、古建筑保护、交通影响评价四个方面,分析了影响项目可行性的四大控制性难点,并提出了相对应的解决方案。因地制宜地提出:道路改为下穿白塔山的隧道贯穿形式以提高北滨河路网的交通运输能力,隧道口处设置锚索抗滑桩、锚索框架和挡土墙结构以防止出现山体滑坡,隧道施工方式采用全机械开挖以减少对白塔山上方古建筑群的影响,设计采用预制拼装式的桥墩及钢箱梁结构以缩短现场施工周期并减轻施工期间对北滨河路网交通的不利影响。

    Abstract:

    In view of the complicated construction conditions in the Comprehensive Upgrading and Reconstruction Project of Lanzhou White Pagoda Mountain, in order to analyze and solve many control difficulties in the project and make the project proceed smoothly while ensuring safety. Through four aspects: route selection, geological disaster assessment, ancient building protection, and traffic impact assessment, four major control difficulties affecting the feasibility of the project are analyzed, and corresponding solutions are proposed. Propose the following plans according to local conditions: the road is changed to a tunnel through which passes through White Pagoda Mountain to improve the transportation capacity of the local road network, install anchor cable anti-slide pile, anchor cable frame and retaining wall structure at the exit of the tunnel to prevent landslides, the tunnel construction method adopts fully mechanical excavation to reduce the impact on the ancient buildings above White Pagoda Mountain, and the design uses prefabricated bridge piers and steel box girder structures to shorten the on-site construction period and reduce the adverse impact on local road network traffic during the construction period.
